SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES
As you can imagine, putting on an event of this size requires a lot of time, effort and money. We offer a number of value-added sponsorship opportunities for local businesses to become involved with this event and be in front of the 800-plus attendees we're expecting. Feel free to call, text or email of us for more info, or if you have an idea for another opportunity.
T-shirt sponsor (1 available; $8500)
Everyone who attends will receive a t-shirt with your company’s name and logo prominently featured on the back of the shirt – talk about great exposure! Over 1,000 t-shirts will be distributed that day. Additionally, your company’s name also will be printed on the stage backdrop, and be visible throughout the day.
Bar Sponsorship (1 available, $2,500)
Your company’s name and logo will be incorporated onto signage located near the bar area. All eventgoers will see your name and know about your commitment to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s.
Music Sponsorship (1 Available, $750)
Your company’s name will be incorporated onto signage listing the day’s entertainment. An excellent, high-visibility opportunity to be associated with some of the Delaware Valley’s premier musical entertainment. Also, a representative from your company will join us on stage to introduce one of the bands!
On-Site Tabling (10 Available; $150)
Here’s your chance to engage with everyone who comes to the event. You can distribute information or samples, sell merchandise (must be approved in advance), and enjoy the day. We’ll provide a table and chairs; you must supply a table dressing, tent (if you want) and your own personnel.
Raffle Basket Donation Items – no charge!
Just like in previous years, we’ll be holding a raffle/ticket auction. We would welcome your donations to help us raise money in our fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia. Gift certificates, baskets, sports and/or lottery tickets – just about anything! --- can be donated and we’ll create a basket.
