Your Questions Answered:

Q: Where can I get tickets?

A: Tickets are available as of Feb. 11, 2024 through   

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/atco-battles-alzheimers-9-tickets-534481226737. That is the exclusive ticketing agent for the event. Tickets will only be available through EventBrite.com.

Q: Can I bring my own chair?

A: Yes! You can bring single-seat, fold-up, camp-style chairs and small pop-up tents..

​If you bring an umbrella for shade, we ask that you position the umbrellas along the perimeter of the property, so as not to interfere with other people's view.

Q: Can I reserve a table?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot reserve tables.

Q: Can I take pictures or video at the event?

A: Yes, you can! Feel free to post your pictures on our Facebook Page, “Atco Battles Alzheimer’s” or tag the bands or event in the photos.

​

Q: Will food and drink be available for purchase?

A: Yes! There will be a bar and "drink tubs" serving canned drinks. There will also be various food options available from 4 food trucks.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT.

Q: Do I need to bring cash?

A: Yes. The food and beverage stands will be able to process credit/debit cards. The ticket raffles and some other activities will be cash only.

Q: I’m a really cheap bastard, and I’m going to sneak my own alcohol into the event. Why is that a problem?

A: Seriously? It's a freaking benefit. Don’t be so cheap!

Q: There's always a great lineup of bands, but I don’t want to see all of them. Will there be half-day tickets available?

A: No, sorry. Your ticket gets you admission to event, and a great day of music.

Q: Will there be children’s tickets available?

A: No, sorry. All tickets are the same price, regardless of the age of the attendee. That being said, please feel free to call or email the organizer if you have a question.

Q: Can I go swimming?

A: Yes! There's a man-made lake available for swimming. However, there will be no lifeguards on duty, so you are swimming at your own risk. Also, there will be indoor changing areas as well. 

Q: What happens with the money raised?

A: Proceeds will be donated to The Florence K. Bradley Memorial Foundation for Alzheimer's, a local 501(c)3 charity that works with families of people suffering from Alzheimer's. We are hoping to raise over $35,000 at this event and we greatly appreciate your generosity in buying tickets and supporting the event.

Q: Will there be a limited number of tickets available, like at previous events?

A: Despite the fact that we made more tickets available than in previous years, the event has sold out for the three consecutive years.  Last year's event sold out a month prior to the event, and we expect the 2024 event to sell out as well. Please don't wait till the last minute to try to get tickets! Thank you very much for your continued support!!
